Teller

A Teller has a key role of being a lead representative for Sovereign Bank to our customers and our communities. Greeting customers, providing full undivided attention to their needs, while remaining pleasant is key to the daily success in this role.

A teller is responsible for efficiently processing customer transactions. A successful teller must also have a high drive and desire to uncover additional customer needs beyond the immediate transition, and refer customers to additional products and services.
